The ideal candidate must have minimum 8 years’ experience in HVAC System Maintenance. Preference for those with Deep Technical experience in Central & District Cooling Plant equipment maintenance.
Must have experience in handling Annual Maintenance Services, Annual Inspection Services, Casual Services and Guarantee Services in Central plant building & Maintenances of Both Air & Water Cooled Chillers.
Must have experience in Overhauling of Centrifugal compressors, Screw compressors and reciprocating compressor and Breakdown call attending and Installation, commissioning of Air Cooled and Water Cooled Chiller packages, Packaged Units, Split Units, Air Handling Units, and Fan Coil Units, Air washers, Cooling Towers and Ventilation systems .
Qualification:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Fluent in written and spoken English and have ability to communicate with staff, stakeholders and customers in oral and written English.
Should have knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel )
Must have valid UAE driving license
Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately
Salary Range: 13,000 – 15,000 AED
