SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)
In order to maintain our company’s competitiveness and innovation, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager for our Oil & Gas business to assist us in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Making sales plans and justifying them to top management will be your responsibility.
Requirements & Skills:
· English fluency and a bachelor’s degree are required. Speaking additional languages is a plus.
· Significant product & solutions selling experience to the oil and gas industries (UAE).
· Strong business sense and technical knowledge of ELV systems like CCTV, ACS, Switching, Networking, etc…
· Proven abilities in presentation, and communication.
· Ability to operate independently.
· Successful prior work history in sales & consistently met or exceeded sales goals.
· Experience with cross-selling and understanding the customer.
· Outstanding negotiating skills with the capacity to understand customer needs, negotiate complex sales.
· A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field.

· Achieve your sales and sales goals.
· Create & carry out a comprehensive business plan to increase the company’s clientele and ensure its presence.
· Establish and maintain enduring relationships with customers by working together to understand their needs.
· Report sales, revenue, and expenses to the management team, along with realistic forecasts.
· Recognize new markets & trends while being completely aware about new products and competition status.
