Harbor Real Estate is Urgently looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Officer who can join immediately.
Responsibilities
Drafting official documents, of the sale or lease
Communicating with all parties involved in a transaction.
Checking contracts on behalf of clients
Monitor Sales progress
Dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction.
Liaising with solicitors, lawyers and real estate agents
Keeping official records of payments and contracts.
Working with Developers and building relationship
Working with Dubai Land Department. Completing and lodging documents with the Dubai Land Department to ensure that the ownership transfer occurs smoothly.
Dealing with transfers and highlighting and solving any challenges
Weekly MIS report to management on all deals
Dealing with the transfer of mortgage deeds
Education/ Training/ Skills / Language
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Real Estate / Property conveyance.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate
Fluency in English, verbal and written is a must. Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
Well established communication and relationship-building skills
Problem-solving skills and positive attitude
Valid UAE driving license
Preference will be given to the candidates who are available immediately & who have relevant experience.
