Preferably with UAE experience
Duties:
*Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive and connect them with appropriate party
*Answering queries via phone calls or emails
*Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
*Providing basic and accurate information of different shows and events
*Checking and scanning tickets for the show
*Resolve customer complaints
