We are hiring 1 Reception Admin.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome guests / first point of contact for walk-in clients
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp’s
-Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
-Order supplies and keep inventory of stock
-Update calendars and schedule meetings
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
-UAE admin work experience
-Fluent in English (Speaking and listening)
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Solid verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 especially Excel
-Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Customer service attitude
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Work Hours: 9 hours a day with 1 hour break / 1 day off per week
Salary: Between 3000-3500 AED depending on experience
