HR & PR Officer

MNA Properties is looking for a skilled HR & PR Officer who will support and develop talent through developing policies, managing procedures, applying for Work Permits/UAE visas and ensure all employees are compliant as per the UAE Labour Law.

Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide exceptional support to employees and managers, including counseling on policies and procedures.
Partner with Sales Managers in disciplinary and grievance issues.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans, develop training and development programs, and assist in performance management processes.
Manage employee records and ensure legal compliance with regards to attendance, EEO data, and employment and working conditions.
Enroll and manage employee benefits such as health insurance, SIM plans, and office supplies.
Obtain and renew employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees and monitor and renew employee residence permits.
Liaise with UAE Immigration department to obtain business and visit entry visas for business visitors.
Administer company and joint venture licenses and tax remittances with UAE government authorities.
Provide expert advice on visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
Maintain accurate records for all services and evaluate, prioritize, and accomplish tasks as needed.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of proven experience as HR & PR Officer in the Real Estate Industry
Knowledge of HR functions
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
A graduate degree in relevant field; further training will be a plus
HR Credentials (e.g., PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
