*REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER (1)

We are looking for a dynamic and talented SALES MANAGER with at least 3 years’ experience on the same role to lead our sales department. We need a responsible professional with proven managerial experience and outstanding track record of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue goals and company strategy and implements a sales plan to drive revenue growth.

2. Mentor the team about their working style, professional expertise and quality of project execution.

3. Embed culture and values by role modelling organizational behaviors through excellence, performance management, feedback and coaching.

4. Through reporting and analytics, validates the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provides guidance to improve the overall data quality, thereby ensuring clear and informative reports are available for senior leadership.

5. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, business development, marketing, technical, operations and sales support programmed to maximize sales and profitability.

6. Demonstrate a desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, fast-paced culture.

7. Negotiate and execute development agreements, leases and other real estate contracts.

8. Set, monitor and drive activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve sales targets in a healthy, motivating environments for all members of the sales team.

9. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.

10. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.

11. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines

Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.

12. Must have handled team of minimum 5 members and is working with at least 15-20 employees in the current/recent company.

13. Proven track record of generating Pipeline/Off plan/Sales of Secondary Market sales/Leasing in Abu Dhabi & Dubai.

14. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

15. Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

16. Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.

Requirements and skills

1. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

2. Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director

3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

4. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

5. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

6. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
