Tyde Digital is a highly funded digital transformation consultancy in Dubai. We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in business process mapping to join our team.

As Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in helping our clients to identify and solve problems, optimize processes, and improve profitability.
By analyzing business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions, you can help companies achieve their goals and stay competitive in a rapidly changing business environment. Additionally, you will help to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined and met, and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, developing solutions that align with organizational goals
Consolidating key identified gaps and recommended actions using the Tyde Framework
Developing and maintain detailed mind maps, process maps and other diagrams that accurately depict current (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes
Creating business process documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
Participating in the testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
Identifying data inputs, outputs, transformations, and storage locations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on business process mapping, business improvement initiatives and analysis
Strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Six Sigma (DMAIC), and business process mapping techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
