Job Description:
About the Role: Manage all accounting functions in the organization including bookkeeping, payroll etc.
Key duties as below:
1. Posting of purchase in software with exact calculation of cost.
2. To maintain the records of advances given to Suppliers
3. To maintain records for Debtors
4. Verification of revenue and cost on daily basis
5. Reconciliation of supplier and customer ledgers on daily basis
6. Reconciliation of bank statements
7. Cross verification of petty cash and main cash with supporting documents
8. Physical verification of stock and reporting on same in daily basis
9. Daily basis updation on opening stock with exact cost to management and sales team
10. Knowledge on tax compliances in India and UAE
11. Knowledge on income tax return filing in India both company and individual
12. Multi- currency transaction exposure is mandatory.
13. Expertise in Tally Prime and MS Office is mandatory. Especially excel knowledge in Vlookup, Pivot table, Sum if etc
