A leading establishment in Dubai is seeking to recruit a Senior Legal &Compliance Officer for their Dubai office.
Responsibilities
Assist in Implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program.
Structure, draft, and review contracts and other legal documents (MOU’s, Joint Venture Agreements, NDAs, Purchase orders/terms and conditions, License Agreements, employment contracts etc.)
Review legal policies and methodologies.
Develop and review company policies.
Provide legal advice on contractual matters, IP, company formations etc.
Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
To undertake legal and regulatory research and support the drafting of specialist agreements, templates, resources and guidance.
Requirements
A law degree is highly preferred
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required.
