Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our RPA company. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user interface and user experience of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience and increase user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and standards
• Design and create mockups, user flows, and user interfaces for our software products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement
• Work with the development team to ensure that the designs are implemented correctly
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for software products
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
