The Capital Real Estate Dubai is at the heart of Dubai, we are currently looking for a dynamic Real Estate Agents, English speaking (additional languages are highly beneficial) to join our growing family.

Responsibilities

Must specialise in either off plan property sales across Dubai OR completed properties (sales and leasing) in selected Dubai communities.
Use best business practices, learnings, and tools to reach sales and KPIs targets.
Honor company policies, teamwork, and discipline.
Promote self and company emphasising on professionalism, local knowledge, customer service, integrity, and results.
Create a brand identity of yourself by promoting services, expertise, and properties on social media.
Source and connect with property owners looking to sell or rent their properties (secondary market)
Network with potential customers to benefit from buyer and seller leads.
Employ innovative strategies to find new clients (in addition, company provides leads)
Build close relation with building and community securities and management for regular updates.
Provide top class customer service and post sales service to ensure long lasting customer relation.
Build a reputation based on trust, reliability and results amongst customers, colleagues, and competitors.
Stay updated on current and upcoming projects for valuable insights.
Regularly follow up with potential leads of buyers, tenants, and sellers.
Understand clients’ needs and financial abilities, proposing suitable solutions.
Guide clients on current market prices, recent transactions, supply and demand.
Walk the clients through entire sales and leasing process ensuring best practices to suite the local real estate laws and procedures.

Must be able to attend business on weekends and later hours during the week if required.
