HR Coordinator

Recruiting Project manager to join the UAE office.

Recruiting Coordinator will help coordinate all processes and initiatives involved in Recruiting, including recruitment and support of Chief Recruiting Manager.

The position requires an in-office presence but includes flexibility for some remote work after the orientation period.

Candidates must be able to interact with candidates and staff in a professional, approachable manner.
Having a strong client service attitude will be highly advantageous. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, with the demonstrated ability to ask questions and learn from coworkers.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

-Sourcing for candidates.
-Coordinating recruiting process stages and details for external Positions and hirings.
-Tracking and completing data entry of new applicants into the recruiting database.

Acting as a point of contact for staff and incoming candidates via phone, email and in-person.

Coordinating candidate searches, call back interviews, interview scheduling.

Assisting in drafting offers, agreements, ads etc.
Assisting with organization, planning, execution of summer program events;
Performing all other duties as assigned, including providing back-up coverage for other Talent Development positions when needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) plus additional Human Resources or Recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of prior experience in a professional environment; preference given to those with prior HR firm experience. A proficiency working with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Strong analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data, assess implications and make recommendations.

Must have the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Committed to following all Firm policies and information security protocols.
Must be available to work outside of normal schedule hours (extra hours during on-campus recruiting, callback interviewing)

In general requirements are:

• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
• Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
• Coordinate and implement company recruiting initiatives
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
• Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers
