A luxury real estate company is recruiting employees who are fluent in Russian and English for the position of “Portfolio Manager Sales”.

We are looking for hardworking and ambitious individuals with proven sales experience to be part of our success.

Job Description

⮞ Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

⮞ Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing the property for the right price under the best terms of the company’s project.

⮞ Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

⮞ Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

⮞ Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

⮞ Maintain and update listings of available properties

⮞ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base

⮞ Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors

⮞ Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

⮞ Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

⮞ Developing own sales strategies

Requirements and skills

⮞ Proven working experience in sales

⮞ Proven track of successful sales record

⮞ Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

⮞ Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

⮞ Pleasant and trustworthy

⮞ MS Office/Google sheets familiarity
