Job Opportunity – UX Designer
We are looking for a stellar UX Designer. In this role you will conceptualize and contribute to blockchain-enabled initiatives, collaborating with the rest of the team on building and maintaining solutions.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a UX designer is expected to assume:
· Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
· Research customers, competitors, and products
· Conducting quantitative and qualitative research
· Develop personas, scenarios, user stories, user journeys
· Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
· Develop and implement A/B and usability testing
· Design for accessibility standards
· Create and maintain usability documentation
· Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals
Below are the qualifications expected of a UX designer:
· A portfolio of work demonstrating mastery of the user research methods, production of UX artifacts
· Working knowledge of UX design principles
· Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch
· UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision
· Experience with user testing and usability analysis
· 2-4 years of user research, interaction design experience.
