We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing various HR-related duties, including but not limited to employee recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a solid understanding of HR principles, MOHRE, UAE laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with selected candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding process, including orientation, paperwork, and new hire training.
• Administer benefits program and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit options, eligibility, and enrolment.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees. (KPI)
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave record, Payroll, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruitment and talent management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
