MAK Conferences are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorship partnerships for our events and programs. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively to meet the needs of our sponsors.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential sponsors for our events and programs

Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors

Develop customized sponsorship packages that meet the needs of sponsors and align with our organization’s goals

Negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage the fulfillment of sponsor benefits

Track and report on sponsorship revenue and expenses

Develop post-event reports and debriefs for sponsors

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship activations

Attend and represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales and management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Willingness to travel as needed
