Stage and show living spaces
Advertise and market living spaces
Finds and reaches out to new prospects
Discover clients’ criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
Qualifications
-Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
-Strong communication skills
– Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate, and have good knowledge of buying, selling, and leasing property in Dubai. (not mandatory)
– Sales Experience from any luxury industry in Dubai are welcome
– Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills is must.
– Ability to attract buyers/tenants and ability to close deals.
– Generate Prospects through networking, calls and referrals
– Generate and manage lists of properties for rent and sale
– Assist clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
– Client support at all stages of transaction

– Fluency in English and other language is an advantage.
You Should currently base in the UAE/ Dubai.
