We are looking for a Russian speaking lady for the position in our company as a Guest Relations Officer.
Looking for communicative persons.
Mainly duties like: assist with the check-in process, providing useful information, helping guests to make travel arrangements ( restaurant bookings, birthday presents arrangements, flowers delivery orders e t.c.), ensure a pleasant and satisfying stay during clients vacation and addressing any customer complaints or passing those complaints onto management.
