Along with helping to maintain connections with the business’s clients, investors, and bankers, you will also take on other ad hoc tasks as needed. This position has significant visibility and is in direct touch with the Chairman and Nominated Deputies and in touch with the board of directors directly.

· Long-term strategic financial planning, capital improvements, financial reporting, cash flow management,

and budgeting are just a few of the duties of the position.

· Offering guidance on all financial topics and dealing with all financial problems.

Suitable Qualifications and Characteristics

o Master Arabic as well as English Languages

o CPA is a must-have + BS in real estate, finance, or accounting

o 8+ years of experience as a real estate CFO/Controller.
