As Service Provider Sesam Immigration specializes in workforce visa and mobility management on behalf of international corporations in the UAE.
We are looking to hire a new colleague to complement our team as Paralegal. In this role the candidate takes responsibility for a close relationship with clients for their administrational and visa filing needs in the UAE. The Paralegal works as part of a team and reports to the General Manager.

Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Immigration Coordinator role include:
Client Account Management
• Advise clients on immigration, visa and travel requirements
• Propose solutions to challenges met by the clients
• Prepare and file applications
• Manage client government mandated registrations with GPSSA | GOSI | NAFIS
• Provide written guidance and assessment for complex cases
• Ensure that applications are recorded and processed as per company standards
• Use in-house CRM portal to track and manage all client cases and expiry dates
• Maintain professional email/phone communication with clients and global partners
• Be responsible for case management and follow-up
• Coordinate tasks and workload with mobile PRO team for outside of office operations
Creative Business Development
• Support social media account generating professional content and followership
• Support creation of marketing materials
• Contribute to updates/maintenance of website information
• Contribute to client proposals, give input on strategy and forecasting
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate for this role you
• Have prior experience in a service driven role in the UAE, and/or experience in immigration / mobility / visa-related work
• Take the initiative to learn, drive action and complete cases in collaboration with other team members
• Have excellent organizational, time management and scheduling skills
• Have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and deal with highly confidential information
• are a collaborative team player with a “can do” attitude
• demonstrated strong skills in composing written information in Microsoft Word and creatively in Microsoft Power Point
• Very strong service orientation and ready-to-learn attitude
Qualifications / Preferred Experience
• Arabic fluency, written and spoken
• Native level fluency in English, written and spoken
• Degree educated
• Expert level and outstanding use of Microsoft Windows – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
• Experience in a client-facing role, confident in communication via phone and email
• Knowledge of regional immigration practices and laws
• Knowledge in GPSSA | GOSI | NAFIS Registrations advantageous.
