Job Description

· The applicant should have a good understanding of wellness programs such as Yoga, Veganism, Energy healing, Ayurveda and other Asian Healing traditions.

· Primary responsibility is to provide leadership, direction, and supervision of staff in the daily operations of the facility, including, but not limited to, retail,Spa, wellness programs, and membership program.

· The Centre Director is to oversee the coordination of all guests’ requests, all employee management, ensure facility is of the highest upkeep and be directly involved in budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and scheduling as well as product inventory and ordering.

· Conduct daily and weekly briefings and Communicate with the team to identify areas for improvement and to develop and implement a continuous improvement program.

· To ensure all staff understands each of their own responsibilities and job description correctly.

· Ensure to submit all reports that are accurate and concise to Operations and other departments concerned.

· To give a clear understanding to the team about cost and all expenses i.e. petty cash spending, product usage, etc.

· Conducted disciplinary action as needed, accurately tracking verbal and written warnings for violations of policy and/or procedures.

· Conduct weekly meetings with all staff about the following issues: weekly revenues problems, review of sales techniques, quality of staff work, training needs, any other items which may be of concern.

· Conducted any other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

· Organized the up selling training program, promotion, and event training for each manager/ Supervisor and their team.

· Plan and create internal Spa/Retail promotion package with section heads.

· Submit updated reports to Operations Manager.

· To maintain overall quality and standard strictly.

· Review Spa staff performance and document any and all concerns and share with Senior management.

· Work closely with the team to ensure that Spa and hotel activities are coordinated.

· Work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals, serves effectively in both team leader & team member roles, and promoted collaboration & teamwork in others.

· Acting as Liaison with Owners/ Government agencies/ vendors / service providers and associates.

Candidate Profile

· Age should be above 25 years of age.

· Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management

Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel spa with a multicultural team

· In depth knowledge of Spa and wellness therapies, Spa retail, Yoga and Veganism. Strong selling skills, mentoring skills and financial acumen.

· Eye for detail to maintain high standard of hygiene and operations.

· Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

· Strong servant leadership skills and eagerness to learn and grow.
