Leave plan- 30 Days Annual Leaves and one day off in a week
Note- The role provide single status , candidate needs to stay Live-in. not allowed to stay with Family outside though candidate can visit them during weekend if they are in UAE.
Job Description:
1- Keep and secure household and family secrets and affairs and never share anything with others and specially in social media. (very, very important).
2- Manage Household staff.
3- Manage Home Maintenance.
Manage Home and Private Purchasing.
5- Manage Traveling requirements for family and staff. (Ticketing, Hotels, Luggage, Transportation, and setup)
6- Manage home parties and invitations and setup.
7- Coordinate with head office accounts, admin and HR for purchasing and recruitments.
8- Managing the household’s schedules and calendars
9- Event planning, organizing, and coordination
10- Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
11- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
12- Handling household bills and administrative duties
13- Running errands and performing necessary tasks
14- Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses
15- Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items
Criteria- Candidate needs to come for a Trial Period of 7-10 Days if selected in telephonic Interview. It’s Mandatory. Arrangements will be done by Employer.
