We are looking for a target driven, energetic and self-motivated candidate with a proven track record to join our Property Management Team within our British run company. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with landlords to build new business for the company.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with sales & leasing departments to develop mutually beneficial proposals
Negotiate contract terms with clients
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Track and report on the status of potential clients
Conduct ongoing market research
Drive the end-to-end sales process
Prepare and submit Property Management contracts accurately
Be able to manage your own time
Requirements:
Strong sales experience with a proven track record
Outstanding confidence and competitive nature
Flawless customer service skills
Native level in both spoken and written English
Money driven and success hungry
Outstanding communication and organization skills
Must already be in the UAE with a minimum of 1 year experience
Comfortable working in a commission only role
Available to start immediately
Salary: Commission only
Commission: 50% commission on all fees generated (uncapped, tax free)
