Listing and marketing properties for sale on various portals
Must have city knowledge
Off-Plan Professional
Secondary Market expert
Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads
Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
Maintain regular contact with all clients
List and sell residential and residential properties.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Go on buyers’ appointments
Go on Listing appointments
Full-time position
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Must be open for Growth
Must have driver’s license
Abu Dhabi Market base
