Job Description
Bilingual(English/Arabic) Communications coordinator
Communications coordinator will be in charge of the internal and external communications and will support the communications team with event planning, organizing and coordinating. This is a contract role, and no visa sponsorship will be offered.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
· Act as a liaison across all departments to ensure information is communicated accurately and through the appropriate channels.
· Streamline the internal communications process between internal teams by ensuring briefing documents are done accurately and covering all the required information that will help the Communications team plan according to the needs of the other departments.
· Constantly update the events calendar and share with the teams to be readily available highlighting all confirmed and pending events.
· Manage the internal communications newsletter, which helps keep all departments updated on all activities.
· Support with the implementation of the communications strategy – support with social media and PR as needed.
· Support in events preparations (webinars, online workshops, round tables, exhibitions, conferences, etc.)
· Being on top of current events and researching industry trends.
· Support and collaborate with team members on new ideas, directions, and tools for communications.

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented team player with:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing/PR , events,
· Fluent in English, Arabic will be an advantage
· Having UAE driving license will be desirable
· problem solving, analysis and synthesizing skills
· Willingness to adapt when necessary
· Positive attitude, model a mature and professional demeanor and have an excellent work ethic
