Job Description & Requirements

As an Adam Global Business Consultant, you will be:

●      Working in a fast-paced environment, managing achievement of targets as per company specifications in a KPI focus environment.

●      Providing Excellent Service & Support to clients and keeping them regularly updated

●      Acting as a single point of contact with clients assigned.

●      Convincing clients to use us as their corporate service provider for all services related to business incorporation, VAT Advisory, PRO Services, Banking Services

●      Negotiating and converting leads to sales following terms that are suited to the best interests of the company

●      Providing guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their business opportunities and help them understand the difference between mainland and free zone licenses.

●      Networking and developing new business opportunities and leads

●      Responsive to all client queries and ensure to provide the best and most reliable service

●      Formulating recommendations and solutions with attention to a client wishes capabilities and limitations forming concise reports.

●      Building company credibility, brand value, and trust with clients to ensure client retention and confidence in the brand.

●      Helping client develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes

●      Providing guidance for any occurring problems and issues with regards to their business set up process.

●      Interacting with Salesforce, CRM system to ensure leads, opportunities and client accounts are correctly managed.

●      Supporting Marketing campaigns on behalf of the company

●      Meeting the agreed-upon targets

●      Advising Clients on out-of-box solutions that suit their individual needs

●      Carrying a client-first attitude

●      Willing to put in extra hours as required

●      Delivering and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction at all times

●      Complying with company policies and protocols upon application

●      Maintaining client relationships

Knowledge

●      Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration ministries and other government bodies including knowledge of UAE business setup rules and regulations and tactical processes

●      Basic knowledge of Ministry of Labor & Immigration rules & regulations

●      Business knowledge of different industries

●      Working knowledge of Salesforce

●      Knowledge of Business Modeling, feasibility, and business planning

●      Awareness about various free zone in the UAE and their end-to-end process (DMCC/IFZA/JAFZA/RAKEZ/SHAMS/MYZ and more) is a plus

Qualification & Experience

●      Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant diploma in Marketing or related field/s

●      Excellent Communication Skills, Fluent in English (ability to speak Arabic and/or other languages would be a Plus)

●      At least 1+ years of experience in Direct Client Facing Sales & Marketing

●      Prior experience as a corporate service provider or a business set-up consultant will be an added advantage

●      Candidates with business banking experience will be considered as well

●      Proficiency in Russian language is considered an asset in this role.
