Position: Business Development Manager for Audio Video Systems
Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi
As a Business Development Manager for Audio Video Systems, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities within the audio video systems industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to stay current on audio-video technology advancements.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or Engineering Background
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development within the audio video systems industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
