This a great opportunity for a Dubai-based, proactive, dependable female EA/Office Manager with solid experience supporting the day-to-day activities of high-level leaders such as Managing Director and C-level executives.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day to day administrative tasks and general office operations.
Full support for day-to-day activities of the Managing Director and other key members from handling calls, drafting, processing letters, faxing, travel arrangements, etc.
Conduct basic HR duties such as reviewing and processing all relevant documentation pertaining to new hires, termination, renewals, leave of absences, employee status changes, etc., via company portal.
Process and submit all requests and applications related to existing company licenses (Renewal, Change of Manager, Activity Amendment, Additional Licenses, etc.) via company portal.
Maintain office and employee’s documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information. Maintain and update all necessary records, files, and database.
Attend to all customer queries and interactions with courtesy and respect written and verbal. Address customer issues and forward them to necessary departments while always maintaining the professional face of the company.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with external firms for brand registration and legal consultancy.
Maintain an efficient filing system, both paper and electronic.
Assist all departments when the need arises.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3-4 years’ work experience in EA/Office Manager position.
Strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
Excellent and high-level of communication skills (Listening, Verbal, Written).
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures.
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
Language: English (excellent command in both written and verbal). Arabic is a plus.
