Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking for an Senior Procurement Manager to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Head of Procurement in providing a strategic, efficient, and flexible IT procurement service which will deliver optimum value for money, cost savings and best quality of service. To act as the procurement primary point of contact and ensuring all business units receive effective procurement support and proactive advice, spanning the full lifecycle of all IT procurement activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Constantly review the company’s Procurement policies and procedures, guidelines, forms, templates, tools and other useful information and ensure they are up to date with market tends.
Lead on IT procurement cycle activities from end-to-end market engagement such as preparation and reviewing of RFQs, RFPs, Bid Scoring, issuing of Purchase Orders supplier due-diligence, contract negotiation, and awarding of tenders under the guidance of the Procurement Committee and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare technical and commercial comparatives analysis reports from vendors and share with the Head of Department and Procurement Committee.
Participate in Procurement Committee meetings, take minutes and make follow ups on action points.
Produce regular reports on supplier contract performance against agreed measures, which both monitors progress and enables effective decision-making for future contracting.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, delivery requirements along with contract terms and conditions.
Ensure delivery of products and services from vendors and payments by the company to suppliers are done on time.
Cultivate functional relationships with suppliers/ vendors in order to negotiate the best prices for company.
Maintain and update the vendors and suppliers’ database, price lists and all procurement related information for reference.
Administer all contracts and facilitate timely renewals where applicable.
Plan and manage inventory levels of products and initiate well timed reordering.
Act as main point of contact for initial supplier queries, clarifications, or engagements.
Conduct market research and engage potential new suppliers for equipment, goods and services needed by the company.
Qualifications:

Mandatory to hold a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Purchasing and Supply, Logistics or any relevant degree.
Desirable: Master’s Degree or professional qualifications such as CIPS
Minimum four (4) years of experience in IT procurement; experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.

Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external partners and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness.

Excellent communications and presentation skills, fluent in Arabic and English
