We are looking for an Arabic(Reads, writes and speaks Arabic) HR Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
· Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates
· Maintaining employee records, including updating personal and job-related information, and tracking employee attendance and time off
· Providing support for employee benefits and compensation, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts
· Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion
· Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
· Providing support to employees, such as answering questions about benefits, policies, and procedures, and addressing any other HR-related concerns they may have
· Assisting with performance management, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers and employees in the performance appraisal process
· Assisting with employee training and development programs
· Assisting with employee retention and exit management, including conducting exit interviews and processing end-of-service paperwork
· Provide support and assistance to the HR department as needed
Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a similar industry
· Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Detail-oriented, good analytical skills
