Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Admin who would have a crucial role in the human resources department by contributing to the recruitment process, records management, employee concerns and benefits administration, leave and attendance management, etc. within the company. This position involves responsibilities to ensure compliance and efficiency in HR operations. Responsibilities may change over time in response to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate the qualifications or eligibility of applicants and refer screened candidates to the HR Manager.
Coordinate and organize interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
Verify prior employment, contact candidate references, and communicate with applicants/candidates about their application acceptance or rejection.
Liaising with the PRO regarding employment visa, medical documents, labor and immigration license documents
Prepare Orientation Kits, schedule Orientation Programs, and open/ activate Employee Files of new joiners in the HRIS.
Serve as a point of contact for employees’ questions and concerns. Address and resolve minor employee issues and escalate more complex matters to the HR manager.
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with all team members.
Perform general office support functions and assist regional departments as necessary.
Compile data for HR-related presentations and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR administration or coordination is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
