Bricks n Woods Real Estate Brokerage are currently looking for sales and leasing agents to join their ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.
Job requirements;
Generating new business using the client database and company provided leads
Conducting market appraisals/valuations
Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising
Matching clients to specific properties
Arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord.
Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
Renumeration;
Visa and medical insurance
Commission of up to 50% (uncapped)
Annual leave of 30 Days
Salary as per requirement and experience with lower commission rate
