Position: Customer Service CHAT SUPPORT

Nature of Business: Digital Marketing, deals with digital currencies to associate with investors
Location: Silicon Oasis Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: 08:00am – 08:00pm
Trial Period: 7 Days
Must have at least 30 days valid visa remaining
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience in: telemarketer/sales representative, Offline /online sales with 2 yrs min. experience (Preferred)
Basic salary: 3000 AED
+ 600 AED food allowance
+ Free accommodation
+ Free Transportation accommodation -office, office -accommodation
+ Daily on the spot commission / incentives for every clients and investors joined according to the amount of investment they put up.
NOTE: YOU HAVE CHANCE TO BE IN SALES AND MARKETING POSITION SALARY TOTAL : 4,000 AED after trial period in Chat support.
KEY POINTS：
**Have relevant experience in sales (offline & online).
**Ability to use common computer software applications and social media platforms.
**Who have worked before in online sales and marketing.
**Handling customers complaints and queries.
**Able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate to the field.
**Comfortable with interacting all sorts of customers.
**Good interpersonal, communication skills and customer service.
*Typing speed 35 WPS and above.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone or in chat as a supports and maintaining good customer relationships.
* Contact potential Clients, Investors or existing clients to recommend the company. to another clients or investors, and convert potential clients into investors.
* Answer questions about the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Update customer information in the database
* see to it that you facilitate future sales according to the given task and time frame.
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for Ideal Profile Requirements
* Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
* Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects clients or investors.
*Strong and professional convincing skills.
