CNBM FZE
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Analytics (preferred)
4+ years’ experience in customer service or logistics management
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
Previous customer service experience
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities:
• Receive and prepare standard orders from the clients
• Processing sales orders – i.e. dealing with suppliers and following up order confirmation, chasing deliveries with suppliers and arranging shipping and providing updates on orders and responding to Operation team queries
• Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
• Enter orders into the relevant system to initiate fulfilment of order
• Coordinate delivery documentation – e.g. shipping notification, labelling instruction, MISR
• Coordinate with the freight forwarder, custom broker, etc… to properly hand over the shipment to the customer.
• Work with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure appropriate pre-shipment inspections are coordinated and completed when required
• Plan, organize and manage all aspects of order management activities, including, but not limited to, providing order confirmation and status updates on confirmed orders to internal/external customers.
• Ensure continuity of service delivery by generating client / inter-company invoices in a timely and professional manner in accordance with the agreed billing guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate data entry and orders into relevant systems and ensure data is always accurate and up to date
• Ensure data integrity of information entered through quality assurance work audits and process audits
• Maintain all client information which may be encountered either directly or indirectly in strict confidence in accordance with HIPAA and/or any other pertinent confidentiality regulations
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Demonstrates the ability to audit data for entry accuracy and recognize inconsistencies with output
• Proven ability to work independently
• Demonstrates effective attention to detail and the development of alternative plans to ensure satisfactory delivery of supplies in accordance with contract terms
• Proven proficiency with alpha-numeric data entry skills which include rapid and accurate entry
• Must possess excellent coordination skills (internal and/or external customers)
• Demonstrates intermediate-level proficiency in the use of computer-based systems, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet, email, and/or database applications
