We’re looking for a Compliance Officer (SAR Specialist) to join our growing team in Dubai!
About the Role:
As a Compliance Officer, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding our bank from financial crime by identifying and reporting suspicious activity.
You’ll be responsible for drafting high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) following UAE regulations.
Leverage your transaction monitoring expertise to uncover red flags and potential money laundering schemes.
A strong understanding of the UAE financial landscape is essential.
You’re a great fit if you have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Compliance
Proven track record of writing clear, concise, and accurate SARs
Excellent communication, analytical, and logical reasoning skills
Experience with transaction monitoring systems
Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
A plus if you have:
Compliance certifications (CAMS, ACAMS, ICA, CFE, FCC)
This is a Contract role (6 months, with potential extension) with an immediate start date (30-day notice period max).
