The role will report to the Corporate HSE Manager to indulge in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) aspects. Support the team with planning, coordinating, and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that the company objectives are met.
Responsibilities
Understands the application of health and safety at work.
Ensuring implementation of health and safety strategies.
Plans and implements training for employees in worksite safety practices.
Investigate HSE incidents and noncompliance events to determine root cause and recommend remedial action to prevent reoccurrence. To identify any patterns in lagging indicators that may require further investigation and improvement.
To conduct periodic safety inspections for identification of HSE hazards at the workplace and ensure these hazards are minimized by implementing adequate control measures.
To assist the QHSE Coordinator in investigating accidents or incidents to identify conditions that cause accidents and seek actions to prevent the same.
To ensure the tracking and maintenance of all records & documents related to the HSE such as training, investigation reports etc.
To prepare all the necessary HSE documents as per the client requirements.
To work closely with the Cleanco client’s health & safety representatives to ensure Cleanco staffs are aware of and following their health & safety procedures.
The ability to work autonomously, reviewing your work on a regular basis while consistently meeting your objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science / health, safety, or environmental field of study.
HSE Qualification such as NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent.
Good knowledge in implementing HSE standards and ISO standards such as ISO 45001,14001 and 9001.
Minimum 5 years of UAE work experience in Healthcare Sector/ADNOC project as HSE Officer.
Fluent in English and Hindi language.
Salary Package is AED 4,500/- plus free accommodation, transportation and food.
