Purely High Commission Basis
Real Estate Agent responsibilities include:
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms :-
– Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit
them
– Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
– Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements
etc)
Arrange meetings with prospective buyers
Interview buyers to understand what they’re looking for in a new property
– Maintain and update listings of available properties
– Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
– Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements and skills:
– Proven 2 Years Sales Experience In relatively any field
– Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
– Pleasant and trustworthy
– Real estate agent’s or broker’s license (not a deal breaker)
– Determined, and highly motivated
Must have valid UAE driving license and own transportation
