We are currently seeking for a Data entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting financial data into the company’s accounting system.
Responsibilities: _
1. Entering financial data: A data entry clerk is responsible for inputting financial data such as invoices, receipts, and other financial information into the company’s accounting system.
2. Reviewing and verifying data: A data entry clerk is responsible for reviewing and verifying data to ensure that it is accurate and complete.
3. Maintaining records: A data entry clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions entered into the system.
4. Resolving discrepancies: If discrepancies or errors are found, a data entry clerk is responsible for investigating and resolving them.
5. Generating reports: A data entry clerk may be responsible for generating financial reports and summaries based on the data that has been entered into the system.
6. Communication: A data entry clerk may also communicate with other members of the accounting team or with external parties to ensure that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
