Associate Manager – Category
Job Description:
At least 3 years of experience in FMCG category management or trade marketing (ideally both) OR B2C start-up experience with exposure to trade marketing including design & execution of plans in B2B and B2C.
Driving Brand Revenue & Profitability – Executing all building blocks as planned and substituting building blocks where necessary to deliver category sales and margin goals in select categories in B2B and B2C.
Execution of Product Initiatives – Monthly Analysis of Internal & External Data of the category to identify gaps at a customer/account level and SKU-level, immediate wins with consumer & commercial rationale.
Complete project management of Innovation Process – for Launch, Working with agencies & vendors for packaging, Sales Roadshow, B2B customer sells & decks (in conjunction with the sales team) and post-Launch Tracking.
Benchmarking versus competition on full proposition (packaging, pricing, promotion etc.)
Communication Strategy & Execution – Quality of content & Media Plan: Executing the same with the help of team members and external agencies B2B.
Expression of interest, monthly canvass meeting, sales pitch for the month etc. – to build the categories in B2B (in addition to B2C).
On-ground, in-store activations, events and external partnerships – project management and executing with excellence in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
