DESIGNER ENGINEERING
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect who is able to create clear plans using AutoCAD software. This candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of all steps involved in project completion and communicate diligently with the necessary people to ensure timely implementation. This candidate must also be able to carry out quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure that regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities
Develop plans and drawings that clearly define the architectural design of the project
Utilize knowledge in engineering, mathematics, science, and materials in order to create an ideal end product
Conduct site assessments to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process
Collaborate with different teams in order to set goals, schedules, and budgets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Experience in construction and architecture
Experience in 3D interior design
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
