CRM Manager – Dubai – Up to 30,000 AED – Applicants must be based in Dubai
looking to speak to experienced CRM Managers to join a fast-growing e-commerce business.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing CRM strategies that will drive engagement, retention, and revenue for our business. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business goals
Analyze customer data to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for engagement and growth
Create and execute email, SMS, push notification, and social media campaigns that increase customer retention and drive revenue
Manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure targeted and relevant messaging
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives
Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvements
Ensure compliance with all data privacy regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in CRM or related field
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and Mailchimp is required.
Familiarity with marketing automation and customer segmentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with e-commerce and knowledge of the industry
