Position: Field Salesman
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and driven Field Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, be willing to work hard and be able to generate leads and convert them into sales. The candidate should be comfortable with being constantly on the move for outdoor sales and should be willing to work on a basic salary plus excellent commissions.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Create and implement sales strategies
• Keep up to date with market trends and customer preferences to develop new sales opportunities
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Assist in developing marketing strategies
• Deliver presentations and provide product demos
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
Requirements:
• Ideal for freshers with a go-getter attitude
• Demonstrated experience in sales and familiarity with Dubai and the northern emirates is a plus
• Knowledge of CCTV, ICT, and ELV products and services is a plus
• At least a high school diploma
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Willingness to be constantly on the move for outdoor sales
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work on a basic salary with excellent commissions
