Role: Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager will be responsible to manage and promote the sales of Oil & gas Products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 7-8 years’ prior sales experience selling technical products in industrial markets in the UAE preferably in Abu Dhabi, ideally within oil & gas, such as power generation, oil and gas production, storage, and processing.

• Prequalification of products, OEM’s with ADNOC group & major oil companies.

• Demonstrated ability to uncover, develop and win complex technical projects in a fast paced, demanding environment.

• Proven track record of sales growth across sales channels (i.e., end user, OEM, distributors) with global and national contractors & oil companies.

• Strong history of interfacing directly with customers early and often building collaborative relationships.

• Technically understand Customer’s requirement and provide solution, adding value in terms of better maintenance, higher productivity, and process efficiency

• Present and demonstrate specialty product range and help Customer appreciate the true value of products resulting in business generation

• Develop new customers and establish new accounts, products, and services within the assigned territory.

• Demonstrate products, services and solution to potential clients and customers.

• Well versed with project specifications and documentations.

• Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policy.

• Achieve regular sales targets.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in (Mechanical/ Chemical) Engineering.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 6-8 years of sales experience, in UAE countries for industrial products like valves, pipe, fittings, rotating equipment’s, strainers.

• Strong track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability.

• Strong connection with client, consultants, contractors, and major oil companies.

• Technical aptitude and strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of engineering and consultant personnel.

• Strong problem-solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.

• Strong market analysis capabilities. Able to understand market drivers, competition, uncover customer needs, and estimate financial opportunity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar application

• Hands on experience on Sales Force & D365 will be an advantage

• Having UAE driving license is must.
