Hotels Contracting Manager
EET is looking for “Hotels Contracting Manager” based in our Dubai Office. In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the assigned portfolio of hotels by improving the competitiveness by negotiating better conditions and availability of the product on sale.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UAE based Destination Management Companies (DMC), with good knowledge of industry issues, competition and related technology.
Solid experience in negotiating agreements and conditions with suppliers.
Excellent English both written and oral. Arabic language is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
To be data-driven and ability to convert data into actions to yield and improve profitability.
Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Well organized, ability to manage multitask & prioritize.
Excellent communication, especially over the phone and email.
Main duties:
Negotiate contracts conditions with hotels to maintain the best rate and to maximize availability.
Monitoring the Performance of each hotel to ensure competitiveness and availability of the inventory.
Apply specific actions on the product and give the right priorities, always driven by the data provided.
Act as the main point of contact for hotels and develop and maintain excellent relationships with them. Assisting in resolving major complaints of our suppliers and clients negotiating the most suitable solution to maintain the good service and relationship with them.
