Responsibilities
• Handling company CRM.
• Acquire new listings and leads via calls and emails
• Expertise in managing listings on Bayut and Property Finder & Social Media
Manage the reception Area and staff to ensure Effective Communication both internally and externally
Making From A & B & F and taking permit etc
• Provide office guests with a hospitable Experience
• Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
• Interact with IT, phone, and building personnel as needed
• Manage the online advertising portals
• Handling day to day task assigned by the Management
• Familiar with creating Tenancy contracts, etc.
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Duty timing 9am to 7 pm
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
