Estimation Engineer

Estimation Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years’ experience in similiar field of work.

Responsibilities

Will be responsible for both Pre and Post Contract quantity surveying. Submission of Bids / Submission of Interim Payment application / Follow up for Payment certificates / Final Accounts / Submission of Variations with detailed breakdown / Providing budget for Procurement process / Subcontractor rates negotiation / drafting contractual letters to clients and subcontractors/ Finalizing subcontract agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Candidates with good verbal and written communication skills preferred. UAE driving license required,
