We are looking for Sales engineer/executive (civil based) for a Civil Maintenance & Fit-out company in Dubai UAE. The applicant MUST have experience in the field of Interiors and Fit-out industry, source and generate new clients for Civil Renovations & Fit-out project such as offices, retails, restaurants, villas & residential refurbishment & Fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
2. Follow up new and existing business opportunities, setting up meetings and having successful presentations.
3. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Pre-Qualify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, leasing agents.
5. Negotiating and closing deals.
6. Communicate clearly and work with team to develop proposals and requirements for the client.
7. Coordinate and follow with teammates to meet the agreed time-frames.
8. Liaising with Manager’s to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.
9. Follow up receivables of own project sales.
Experience:
• UAE Interior Fit-out – 3-4 years (Required)
• UAE Civil Renovation & Maintenance – 3-4 Years (Required)
License/Certification: • Must have UAE driving license (Required)
