We’re looking for a motivated Production Manager to handle our integrated static & digital production services.
We are specialized in outdoor & indoor static & digital productions varying from outdoor media structures to exhibition stands, signages & all forms of structures.
We have our own in-house production & installation teams and have been operating in the U.A.E for the past 20 years.
Job Description:
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls, set & monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise production & installation staff
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
The ideal candidate:
Has a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience.
Worked in similar type of companies preferably in the U.A.E
Understands the legal, safety and engineering processes to follow
Is preferably an engineer
