Sales Engineer

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to be based in our Dubai office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between Famaga Middle East and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence, is result-driven, and a strong commercial acumen skill.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development / Key Account Management.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
Ability to interpret and analyse customer needs.
Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus.
Excellent Arabic & English communication, Additional language will be positively valued.
UAE experience is preferred.
